Delivery and checkout
Your first order ships within 2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Future deliveries ship monthly on the same date.
You stay in control
Manage your subscription anytime. Change blends*, pause deliveries, or cancel with no long-term commitment.
*If you pay-as-you go, before each renewal you can easily swap any of the four teas in your box in your Account. Click 'Account' and go to 'Manage Subscriptions'. If you forget, we simply send the same blends as your previous order. If you pre-pay your teas will be the same for the duration of payment. Don't like a tea? You can get in touch with us and we'll try and make a manual swap for you.
