H&G is created by the team behind Hope & Glory, a respected premium tea company known for its commitment to quality and ethical sourcing. H&G brings the same expertise into simple, everyday wellness blends.

We are based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire in the UK, where your tea is blended, packed and shipped.

Choose any four blends to build your box of 100 tea bags. Your box is delivered monthly, but you can change the delivery frequency, swap teas, pause or cancel any time in your account. There are no long term commitments.

Yes. Before each renewal, you can swap any of the four teas in your box. If you forget, we simply send the same blends as your previous order.

All subscription boxes are shipped from Hertfordshire using Royal Mail 48-hour delivery. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

Yes. You can switch between monthly, every 6 weeks or every 2 months in your account, depending on how quickly you get through your tea.

You can pay monthly, every 6 months or yearly. Choosing a 6-month or annual plan gives you a built-in saving compared with paying monthly.

No. You can pause, skip, edit or cancel your subscription at any time. You are always in control.

Yes. All H&G blends are certified organic. We use clean, simple ingredients with nothing artificial added.

Yes. Every tea in the range uses Fairtrade ingredients, ensuring farmers and workers receive a fair deal.

Yes. Our tea bags, strings, tags and envelopes are fully plant-based and free from plastic. They’re suitable for industrial composting.

We combine organic, Fairtrade ingredients with thoughtful, functional blends designed for real routines—from Wake Well in the morning to Sleep Well at night. It’s proper tea, made simply and responsibly.

Black tea (Wake Well, Relax Well, Warm Well): medium caffeine

Green tea (Perform Well): low to medium caffeine

Herbal blends (Eat Well, Be Well, Hydrate Well, Sleep Well): naturally caffeine free

We also offer decaffeinated English Breakfast for a gentler cup.

Herbal teas are generally safe in moderation, but needs vary during pregnancy. We recommend checking with your midwife or GP if you have specific concerns, especially around peppermint or lemongrass.

Our blends are made from organic tea leaves, herbs, fruits and spices. We do not add dairy, nuts, gluten or artificial flavourings. Always check the ingredient list if you have a specific sensitivity.

If you’re not happy with a tea, contact our team and we’ll arrange a replacement or swap your next box for something different.
